Refund Policy

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges, but refunds are issued under the following conditions.
Refunds Are Allowed ONLY If:
You received a damaged product
You received a wrong item
Your order was not delivered
Payment was deducted but order failed
Refund Eligibility Timeline
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Order number
Unboxing video (mandatory for damaged items)
Photos of the product

Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed within:
5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations
Minor color variations
Customer changed their mind
Wrong address provided
Normal wear & tear
